Top-performing T-Mobile employees hit the jackpot at Winners Circle Las Vegas! This multi-day blowout experience recognizes the company’s highest echelon of talent within T-Mobile, representing all lines of business. Alongside our client partners on the Events Team and our logistics partner Augeo, our strategy in developing the overall production is to always ensure T-Mobile shows up in a spectacular, talked-about, memorable way; winners must leave feeling inspired and truly valued by the company and its leadership.
Winners and their guests were welcomed to fabulous Las Vegas in a HUGE way, with a screen takeover of the enormous 260-foot-tall ARIA marquee on the Las Vegas Strip. This nonstop, highly curated magenta adventure continued in a meaningful way with an exclusive and intimate Town Hall with the Senior Leadership Team, followed by a Magenta Mixer evening social complete with a spectacular AR photo experience.
Throughout Winners Circle, attendees were treated to tons of branded swag, nightly room drops, and unique excursions throughout Vegas. We took over JEWEL Nightclub for an evening of pulsing T-Mobile energy, and designed stunning visuals for the screens throughout the club.
Our spectacular awards nights rivaled the spectacle of any Vegas show. After all, a focal point of Winners Circle is to shine a spotlight on these powerhouse employees. Our massive 90’ wide staging did just that – combining unique screen configurations, dynamic LED pixel tubes evocative of 5G, and eye-catching graphics and animations.
Capping the Winners Circle party on an even higher note – the grand finale – we produced an unforgettable final evening at Club Magenta at the T-Mobile Arena. Anticipating surprise headliner performances ahead, attendees enjoyed nitro smoke desserts, an LED cotton candy wall, glow dancers, and immersive AR effects. If that wasn’t enough, electronic duo SOFI TUKKER electrified the energy in the T-Mobile Arena. And it must have been getting hot in here because Nelly turned up the heat and dominated the stage with his sound wave of nostalgia and current hits.
Attendee feedback from this year’s event has been overwhelmingly positive; a common thread from these rave reviews is that Winners Circle was like nothing they’ve ever experienced – in the best way. We’re proud to have helped provide the experience of a lifetime for these exceptionally deserving attendees.
And one thing’s for sure, T-Mobile Winners Circle IS what happens in Vegas.
